These Terms & Conditions (‘Terms’) explain the rules for using our social media management services provided by LogicFlow Social Ltd (‘We,’ ‘Us,’ ‘Our’). By using our services, you (‘You,’ ‘Your Business’) agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Our Services LogicFlow Social Ltd provides smart and efficient social media management services. This includes content creation, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting, all as described on our website (https://logicflowsocial.com/services/) and in any specific agreement or proposal we give you.

2. The Free First Month LogicFlow Social Ltd offers a free first month of our service. This is a trial period to show you the value we provide. During this month, you will receive the services outlined in your separate ‘Free Month Agreement.’

No Obligation: There is no charge or obligation to continue our services after the free month.

Account Access: You agree to give LogicFlow Social Ltd secure access to your social media accounts using our approved methods (like direct connection through our management tool). You will not share your main passwords.

Content Approvals: You agree to give LogicFlow Social Ltd timely feedback and approvals for content drafts we share in your dedicated Slack channel.

3. Paid Services & Payment If you choose to continue our services after the free month, you agree to pay our ‘Standard Monthly Retainer’ fee. This fee will be agreed during your review call and set out in your separate client contract. All payments are due monthly in advance.

Payment Method: Payments will be made by bank transfer or Direct Debit.

Late Payments: LogicFlow Social Ltd may pause services if payments are overdue.

Price Changes: LogicFlow Social Ltd will tell you at least 30 days before we make any changes to our monthly fees.

4. Your Responsibilities To help LogicFlow Social Ltd provide the best service, you agree to:

Give LogicFlow Social Ltd accurate and timely information about your business, goals, and any promotions.

Grant and keep up secure access to your social media accounts.

Give LogicFlow Social Ltd timely feedback and approvals for content.

Reply to customer messages or comments on your social media directly, especially those we flag for you.

Make sure all content and materials you give us are legal and don’t break any third-party rules (like copyright).

5. Our Responsibilities LogicFlow Social Ltd agrees to:

Provide social media management services with reasonable care and skill.

Protect your account access details and business information securely.

Create and schedule content consistently and professionally.

Monitor basic engagement and flag important interactions for you.

Provide monthly performance reports.

6. Intellectual Property (IP) You own all rights to your original content and materials that you give to LogicFlow Social Ltd. We own the rights to the content we create for you until you approve and pay for it. Once paid, the rights to that specific content transfer to you for use on your social media platforms.

7. Confidentiality LogicFlow Social Ltd will keep your business information private and will not share it with others, unless it’s necessary to provide our services (like with our social media management tools) or if the law requires it.

8. Limitation of Liability LogicFlow Social Ltd will do our best to provide effective social media management. However, we cannot promise specific results (like a certain number of new customers or sales), as social media performance depends on many things outside our control. Our responsibility to you will be limited to the amount you have paid LogicFlow Social Ltd for services in the last 12 months.

9. Termination You can cancel your monthly retainer service at any time by telling LogicFlow Social Ltd in writing with 30 days’ notice. LogicFlow Social Ltd can also end services with 30 days’ written notice if you break these Terms or if we can’t continue providing services.

10. Changes to These Terms LogicFlow Social Ltd may update these Terms from time to time. We will tell you about any important changes by email or on our website. If you continue to use our services after these changes, it means you accept the new Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disagreements will be sorted out in the courts of England and Wales.
